If it is your first time opening the game/extension, try closing it and re-open it, if this is not your first time opening the game/extension, do the same way, if the problem still continues, try uninstall the game/extension and reinstall it form the official extension store (if you installed it from Firefox addons store), or try clicking "Pacman popup have errors, how can I report?" (on this page, below this).
